I'm 46 yrs old, and lifting for 4 years. I have gotten stuck in my bench. I warm up safely, eat and sleep properly. My form is good. I work my bench once a week. My other 2 days of work are all progressing pretty good.
I am probably a hard gainer by definition due to age and genetics.
Any advice how to over come is greatly appreciated.
