I would like to get your thoughts on the above product.  It addresses the problem of Creatine converting to Creatinine before the muscles burn it, but I am wondering if this is a real issue or just something to differentiate the product from others?

It's not an issue. Creatine monohydrate is fine, creatine ethyl ester seems to work as well and the price has come down to the point where for the needed doses it's about the same as monohydrate. No need for anything else really.

I was wondering how much Kre-Alkalyn to take daily? The back of the bottle of Sci-Fit Kre Alkalyn says to take 1-2 g morning and post workout.It says 1 gram is equivalent to 10 g of creatine. So that would be a lot of creatine if you took a total of 4 g Kre(40 grams creatine.) ??
