Bringing up strength of a small guy

I'm a small framed guy(actually lanky framed), 5"11 132lbs. I'm pretty much weak in all of my exercises, and I really want to bring my strength up, but I want size as well. What type of routine could I do to bring up my strength? The exercise I would most like to increase is benching.
 
If you havent had much weight training experience, do HST as it is, you will put on some mass and gain strength quite quicky. Best way to get stronger at a movemnet, is practice it and add load to it over time.
 
I've had about a year and a half experience, and I got my beginner gains. But I just have bad genetics (yeah yeah bad excuse, but I really do) and I have a hard time putting on strength. I want a routine that will increase my strength more than size (but I'm so small that if I get any stronger I will probably get bigger).
 
i suggest an abbreviated routine... all compounds forget isolations.
Deadlifts, benchpress, dips, squats.... stuff like this...
