Bryan can NO2 do what it claims?

Has anyone tried NO2.  I read that it could not do what it claims (perpetual pump), by those in the know, however the user feedback has been quite impressive.  Placebo is a powerful thing though.  Any thoughts?

i tried it during a bulke up phase going from high rep exercises on a maintenance type diet to a gainers diet w/ lower reps.....one bottle lasted me a month. i took it every day even on non training days. I gained a significant amount of mass and went up a significant amount in lifting ability. NO PUMP though. I think it was all in my head as far as NO2 induced gains. Most of my gains were from the diet and the varied lifting style. so thats my 2 cents. save your money for protien powders and creatine!! those are the only two supplements that do what they say!!

Can't say whether it "works" or not, but I can attest that Korean Ginseng has a good amount of NO2 in it, and at times when I've taken high dose Ginseng for short periods I've certainly noticed much more "pump", especially in my biceps. The NO2 is the current explanation as to why ginseng was often used traditionally for erectile dysfunction - the NO2 works in a similar way to Viagra.

If you're medical profile allows, and you're aware of the potential side effects of ginseng supplementation, this may be a cheaper way to experience the same thing.

Bryan kinda knocked this product early on.  I don't know if he's changed his mind.  This is from the old ThinkMuscle boards...

This is very unfortunate... I hate to see this. They are going to rip off SO MANY PEOPLE.

They misuse science...and I love science so it is sad. The studies they site regarding NO2 are fine, but the way they twist the meaning of the studies with respect to their product is unethical and deceitful. The same methods are used to sell GH releasers. The GH science is great, but does not mean that GH releasers will do anything at all for you, and of course they don't.

You will notice that they don't make the ingredients readily available to you. This is the first warning sign. Second, the make up a name for their revolutionary new compound. This is a sure sign of deceptive marketing. I do not &quot;know&quot; whats in it for sure, but it is most likely a sustained release form of l-arginine. Taking l-arginine will not make your muscles grow.[/QUOTE]<span id='postcolor'>
