Cardio during SD?

I'm a newb at HST about to start my first cycle, I'm resting (SD) right now, and for it to be effective do i haveto stay unactive, or just not lift weights. I would like to do some cardio and other things that dont involve actual lifting of weights, is that ok to do during static deconditioning?

yes , you can do it, but not over do it..... remember, not only your muscles have to recover but also your central nervous system, so don't impose unnecessary stress on it

Don't overdo it, strategic deconditioning although based mostly on no-muscle loading for the specific period, requires that one does not also load it with over activity either (lengthy cardio sessions).

Stick to Tabata type stuff (4 minutes) or some mild HIIT not the 20 - 30 minute type.
