I've been working the C&P into my HST program, but I think my technique is off. When I move into the front squat I sem to lose my balance. Some times I'm winding up on my toes, other times my kness angle outwards and I'm not sitting far enough back and all teh weight is out in front of me. I'm not sure if I'm trying to go too deep or what. Any links to techniques and/or pics would be helpful. Thanks.
