Rear delt work is ok, but you won't get much incrementation in the 10s or 15s - how many times can you increment up to 20kg or so?
When I've done direct rear delt work, I start it in the 5s.
interesting post about the rear delt work. your right!
 
I've found that close grip chins esp. and close grip rows hit the rear delts plenty, but again that's my personal experience. Maybe if you want to increase the metabolic work done you could do a reverse pyramid set for rear delts in the 5s:

e.g. 5 reps @ 5rm, then strip down to next DB for x reps, then again and so on...for 15-20 reps.
