Hey bryan, I read your previous article on thinkmuscle, about creatine, i'm kinda confused, were u recommending NOT to load? or to load?... and to take it with SALT?... or take take it with dextro's or maltydexrtrin... and should I take it before and AFTER workouts...? and what abouit days off?....
