Creatine use with HST

Newbie here. 45 yo, 80% through first HST cycle, loving it so far. Question about creatine use - should we use it daily, considering we are lifting every other day?
 
Short answer, yes, take it every day.

When you take creatine, your muscles gradually store more until they are "full". With consumption 5 grams per day this should take about 30 days, after which your muscles reach a steady state where creatine lost each day is balanced by consumption of 5 grams per day. Alternatively some people load and reach that steady state point more quickly.

In any case, the idea is to maintain saturation once reached, so continue to take the proper dose daily.
