sorry for the fubar layout, it looked nicely in excel, and tried to adjust it...

I know that you have an unusual metabolism that does not seem to convert excess carbs to bodyfat so that is why this diet probably works for you. For the average metabolism, I would say this diet has too many carbs and not enough good fats.

thnx o&g, where should I get the good fats from as an extra?

Fish (if you like it...ewww), walnuts, peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, etc. or you can buy flax seed oil to cook with or mix with shakes. Forget the pills. You would have to take about 80 of them to get a decent level of good fats.

Mmmmm ... fish ...

Ieuw, peanut butter...

Already cook in olive oil...

Flax Seed Oil... Should I be able to find this in the local grocery store? Will check this weekend.

thnx for the tip

Cooking will destroy the benefits of olive oil. I use only extra virgin or unrefined olive oil but never for frying. Even extra virgin olive oil is a rather poor source of EFA'a compared to Flax Seed Oils.

Go to a health food store for a good flax seed oil such as Udo's Blend Oil with about a 2:1 ratio of Omega 3 to 6 EFA'a.

mmkay, and how should I mix it in the food?

I have read to mix it under my shakes, or are there other possibilities?

Is it doable to just take the tablespoon and bulge it in? Or does it taste that bad?

Daxie

Bulge it daxie. High quality extra virgin olive oil should taste good. If it tastes bad and burns your throat a little that means it is going rancid. Keep it in a cool dark place to stay fresh.

Better yet, get some Udo's. It tastes great.
