Cut back calories during HST?

Sorry, wrong Subject. I ment to say:
"Cut back calories during SD"?

I am finishing the 5s. Sometime soon I may start SD. Should I overfeed (bulk eat) during the first 3-4 days of SD, in order to take advantage of the overcompansation effect? Will I get some extra LBM like this?

Or I will get fat? What is your experience?
 
Guys, I thought it was a simple question. When SD starts, do I eat at maintenance level? Above or Below?
 
If I recall correctly, you can only keep bulking for 2-3 days for overcompensation in an article I read. I've noticed a bit of that effect from hard work days; I can compensate afterward for a day or two before gaining fat. But I'm talking about REALLY hard work. (toting lumber, building walls, loading trucks, etc.)
If I were on the fatter side of things (which I am) I would go straight to maintenance.

It IS a simple question. One that has been answered ad infinitum. Probably why no one felt like answering it, since the answer is like, all over the place.

Overcompensation doesn't exist. Just overeat for a day or two into SD then eat at maintenance.
