My head says its rubbish but does it work?

I was toying with the idea of getting some and rubbing it on my stomach before working out - help bring my abs out...

Great question!!! I was also curious about this. Did a search ... seems that most here think 'cutting gels' do not work. On that basis, I'd save my money.
