In theory because caffeine increases the mobilisation of fats into the blood stream so they can be used more readily by the muscles as a form energy, then caffeine should be an ideal supplement/aid for cutting?
Just curious to see if anyone's tried it and noticed any good results? Personally I've never cut seriously before I have just seemed too maintain my BF under 15% along the way, but I'm thinking of cutting seriously before the summer and couldn't find any research on using caffeine to cut.
