Cutting with caffeine

In theory because caffeine increases the mobilisation of fats into the blood stream so they can be used more readily by the muscles as a form energy, then caffeine should be an ideal supplement/aid for cutting?

Just curious to see if anyone's tried it and noticed any good results? Personally I've never cut seriously before I have just seemed too maintain my BF under 15% along the way, but I'm thinking of cutting seriously before the summer and couldn't find any research on using caffeine to cut.

PS, if this has been posted hundreds of times before please send me in the right direction :confused:

I don't think it helps much unless you stack it with Ephedrine.

I was once told by a doctor that caffine inhibits the uptake of protien. I don't know by how much or even if this is provin. Anybody shed some light
 
where do you get ephedrine?
