Dear damo, to answer your question in specific:

So, if you train M W F, should you eat same amout everyday or more on training days or what?
What should the bias be?

1) I am assuming that you have determined your ideal calorie intake per day for whatever your bodycomposition goal might be. Are you trying to gain? Lose? Stay the same? From there, work out what how much you need to eat each day and stick to that regardless of whether you have worked out that day or not. There is no need to eat more on training days then less on non-training days. I simply eat the same amount. I certainly would not eat less on non-training days, but if yo feel you need a boost on training days then have an extra serving of vegetables and perhaps, an extra drumstick or two :)

2) The bias? I take my Primer-Driver and creatine on workout days. On non-workout days however, I do not take any protein drink but still take creatine. That is the only bias I employ in my regime and perhaps, this is the bias many others employ.

Godspeed, and happy HSTing :)

I don't think there's any real answer to that question. Like the person above said, it depends on your goal.

Personally I stay roughly the same whether in deficit or surplus mode. Unlike Dianabol I drink the same a mount of protein every day and try to get the rest of the ~1g/lb from elsewhere.
