O&G, I think you posted this sometime in the past month... it was a link to a website that organized your protein, carbs, fat and calories each day? Maybe I have no clue to what I am talking about, but I do remember a link being posted like that.

That is exactly what I wanted! :) I was going to set up my own excel spreadsheet (which I may still do after I tinker with this)... now I realize how much crap I am putting into my body.. for example today I had 2900 calories worth of food but only 19% from protein, 20% from carbs, and 51% from fat (dang that quick and easy food)

Oh yeah- it pays to count!!! BTW, fitday is great, especially if you have a fast connection. If you're looking for something portable, and you have a Palm, I'd recommend Nutricounter. Not tring to be a shill or anything, but it is a very useful and inexpensive (like about $35) tool that you can use anywhere.
