One of the issues involved in customizing HST is how to modify the routine in different rep ranges. How the goal of the 15s is different than the goal of the 5s, the different mindsets required, when to emphasize burn or eccentrics, when to add isos or metabolic work, etc.
I know this has all been discussed, but it would be nice to put it all together into one big FAQ post guiding someone through options as the cycle progresses.
