Do I really need to refeed?

I'm cutting at the moment. Everyday I alternate between HST and HIIT without any off days (I really don't want to do nothing). I'm taking EC, 2g glucosamine for the joints, creatine, EFAs, and using Lipoderm-Y. I weigh 168 at the moment, and the calipers say I'm 10.1%. My diet is around 1900kcals with 40% C, 25% F, and 33% P. I'm not experiencing strength decreases or muscle loss. I look better than ever to be honest. I am really not craving carbs. I may get a little hungry at times, but I'm not going mad by any means. I'm into this cutting phase for 2 weeks, following a maintenace SD and 2 weeks of cutting at the tail end of last cycle. I've dropped 4lbs since the start of this cycle. Anyway, if things are going well, then do I need to do a leptin refeed at this point, or should I wait another week or two? Thanks for any replies.
 
I did a refeed three days ago (3500 calories in 24 hours). I wasn't really craving food before then, nor was I looking forward to over-eating, but now I am desiring food more than I have in a long time. To be honest, I am only now remembering what it is to be really hungry. Oh well.
