Does this workout look good?

    Squat
    Leg Curls
    Bench Press
    Standing Calf Raise
    Dips
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Pull Ups
    Barbell Shrugs
    Close Grip Bench
    BB Curl
    Calf Raises

    Any suggestions or comments...i'm almost done finding my maxes this week and then i have to SD for 9 days

    Looks fine.

    I deleted your other thread it was identical to this one. The only time twice is really nice, is where the barbie twins are concerned. Or those hot twins from American Idol [​IMG]

    Squat
    Leg Curls..could do without these dl work hammies
    Bench Press..i would ues a slight incline because you have dips...
    Standing Calf Raise
    Dips
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Pull Ups
    Barbell Shrugs..you could drop these and do a shrug on your deadlifts..
    Close Grip Bench..prefer skullcrushers allready got bench-press..
    BB Curl
    Calf Raises..you allready have calf raises

    it was ok before but IMO this is better [​IMG]
