Doing only 1 set per exercise?

I haven't tried them, no.

I haven't really looked into them to get an understanding of them. My training has been very much second to everything -work/family etc.. this last couple of years, unfortunately, and I have missed a lot.

I will try and read up on them this weekend.

I am only on my first week of 15s, of a new cycle this week, so I could probably try implementing them from next week.
