hi guys , i am new to hst n soon will be switching over to the 8 th week of hst after my 5s .
i am planning to go for the negatives, but as with all other workouts do i increase weight even for the negatives for 6 workouts???
further for some excersices in which am not able to do negatives do i continue with normal excersices for that particular excersice??
