Eating Diety fat w/post workout shake slows absorb

Is there any studies to prove that eating diety fat with your post workout meal or shake will slow the absorbtion rate of the amino acids into the bloodstream? Just curious, because I was thinking of cutting back on my protein powder and adding a big grassland beef steak or salmon with my post workout shake? I am protein pulse feeding right now as opposed to eating 5-6 small meals per day. This seems to be working better for me. I usually only eat twice per day, immediately after both my am and pm workouts. I am finally starting to loose more bodyfat eating the same calories just by decreasing my meal frequency? By the way, I am on a Ckd with a 12hr refeed once every 6th day. I zig zag my calories eating 1100 on off days and 1700 on workout days. No cardio.

Intrinsic fat would slow down amino acid rate of appearance, because the body would have to work past the fat to get to the protein to break it down into aminos.
This is one of the reasons why beef is a lot slower protein than whey isolate (for example).
Will it make much difference, probably not in the long run.
If you are eating protein before (and probably in large quanitites) then you would probably be at a high level of aminos in the blood anyway.
