Eating for Size

I want to start the Eating for Size recommendations but I need clarifications on fat intake.

Supposedly I...

1) figure out my caloric intake
2) distrubute protein to 1g/pound (or is it LBM?)
3) Assume there are 55g fats from lean protein sources and
4) consume 1 tbsp of FLAX per 100 lb. of BW

So is flax oil the best choice used to "make up" the rest of my fat intake (what about sterile hemp see oil, Udo's choice, etc.) :confused:

Also, the fat recommendation is the same for SD?

I'll leave the juicy parts of this question to the experts - they'll give you a more accurate answer, but for what it's worth:
1. I use Udos Choice for fats, and it works a lot better than hemp or flax

2. Your caloric requirements are, if I'm not mistaken, around 16 cals/pound bodyweight. If you're not gaining, add a little. If you're getting fat, take a little off.
 
Regarding mercury poisoning, I just found out yesterday that supplementing with selenium counteracts mercury toxicity.

Never knew that...
