eating more on training days than rest days?

to you guys training the HST

Do you eat more carbs or calories on your training days than on you day offs?

Myself i eat 500 g carbs on monday, wednesday og friday. tuesday and thursday i eat 420 or something
 
yeah I will usually eat less carbs on nontraining days than on the days that I lift. Except during the 15's.
 
Not intentionally, but I do end up eating less on training days. I'm just not as hungry compared to days I train. I'm less concerned on how much I eat 24 hours after my workout, except for my last meal before I train again.

Honestly though, the difference in carbs, protein and calories I eat during training days compared to non-training days are most probably not significant.
 
Only difference on rest days comes from the fact that i dont consume recovery drink..that makes about 400 kcal deficit in my daily intake
 
generally, the amounts of calories and carbs are the same for me everyday - excluding days I drink

I think the more important thing is focusing not on how much, but when you are taking in the carbs, protein, and calories on your workout day (pre/post WO shakes, with carbs before for NRG)
