exercises: is this good?

We plan on doing this cycle 3 x week for 10 reps... is it ok or too much?

2 x squat
2 x leg curl
2 x bench prech (very little incline)
1 x dip
2 x Pulldowns (1 x narrow / 1 x wide)
2 x Bent over row (1 x narrow / 1 x wide)
1 x schoulder press (barbell)
1 x side laterals
1 x bent over laterals
2 x shrugs
2 x biceps curl (barbell)
2 x triceps pushdown
2 x calves


or is this better...

day one:
2 x squat
2 x leg curl

2 x stiff legged deadlift
2 x bench prech (1x flat 1 x decline)
2 x Bent over row (1 x narrow / 1 x wide)
1 x schoulder press (barbell)
1 x bent over laterals
2 x shrugs
2 x biceps curl (barbell)
2 x triceps pushdown
2 x calves

day 3 : repeat day one... day 1 second week repeat day 2 etc...
 
Is this an HST cycle?

I would trim back a few of those exercises to just one set during the 10s and wait until the 5s to do two sets for them. Biceps don't need two sets with all the other work they are getting. I would swap the pulldowns for chins.
