Hey,
I've just come off a 4 week layoff period, in which I managed to get ill and drastically lose weight. So I want to put some weight back on, though most of my training has been strength/power based (sports) I'd like to try and put the weight back on relatively quickly so I thought I'd give HST a try.
So my routine is as follows:
Squat
SLDL
Incline bench press / Decline bench press [alternating]
Chins / BB Row [alternating]
Military press
Shrugs
Calf Raises
Abs
Then I was thinking I may add BB curls and tricep overhead extensions. However, if I was going to do this, I was thinking I might not bring them in until the 10s and just focus on the compound movements in the 15s.
Also, I feel my shoulders (and possibly my triceps) are lagging behind a bit on development, so any suggestions on incorporating this into my workout wouldn't go amiss!
