First time on HST

hey guys,

i'm looking to start an hst and hsn program very soon. However, after reading the online articles, i'm still not very sure on how to create a program. I'd like to target my entire body but put added focus on upper body growth in the coming months (I had great gains in my lower body on a previous program, so right now, i'd like to bulk up my upper body more). do you think you could help me create a program with theses things in mind. I would like to limit my workouts to about an hour's length, but if more time is needed, i'd be willing to make room. Thanks for your help.
