Hey is flax bread good for you like 8 grain bread, which is better... I'll give you the "nuitrition factors":

Ingredients: Enriched UNbleached wheat flour, water, whole grain flax, Facny Mollasses, whole grain low linolenic acid flax, *yeast, vegitable oil (soybean and/or canola), Sugar/Glocose-Fructose, wheat Gluten, salt, vinegar, Sodium Stearoyl-2-Lactylate.

Toping: Whole Grain Flax, Whole grain low linolenic acid flax.

Alergy Info: May contrrain trace amouns of sesame seeds, milk products, egg/egg pructions, soy/soy products, sulphites.

Protein: 9.2
Polun: 3.9
Omega 6 - 3.4
Omega-3 - 0.5
Carbs= 40g
sugar - 3.8
starch 29
Dietary Fiber - 5.5g

They are using slighly defatted flax for the bread, specifically the linolenic acid (or alpha linolenic acid if you call it that) ALA.
Its not bad, most of the omega 6 fats iwll come from the vegetable oil. PRobably as good as any other bread that you purchase, but having no white flour in it at all will make it nice and dense =) high energy density unforunately.
