Food on non training days.

Right, this is going to be considered a stupid question, but it occured to me recently that i didnt know the answer.

Basically, should you consume the same amount of food regardless of whether you train that day.?

If i think about it, the answer should probably be no, but i, nor any of my training buds adjust our diets on a daily basis.

I'm trying to put weight on, so it probably doesn't matter too much at the moment, but when i start cutting???

i would agree.

only exception would be if your on some type of regimented diet plan like ud 2.0 or IF or something like it where you have over/under eating periods or days but the overall scheme is based more on weekly surplus or deficit.
