i would like some help from all those who find planning their diet very easy. (if thats ok )

i am 175 lbs (roughly)and 6' tall. i train 3 times a week with weights and cardio when i can on seperate days. i currently do 10 exercises, one per muscle group. sets and reps are either 2*15,2*10 or 2*5.

i currently use tmof tropical whey and vo2. i will be starting creatine in three and a half weeks in conjunction with the other two.

could someone give me an example of a good diet to follow, i have read the articles section. i dont think im a hard gainer, just need help with planning.

thanx, anything will be greatly appreciated.

What questions do you have after reading "eating for size" ??

What about soy bread and whole cereal bread(rye, barley, oat, spelt etc.)?
Are they good carbo sources for a 'eat for size' strategy?
Does anyone know how much a vegetables cup weights (in grams)?

Thanks for help
