I would say "YES!" you want to grow. The big three are going to hit you good -- you will be able to use those cals. I would eat the full amount... I would only tone it back if fat gain became an issue.
Do I have to eat the same quantity of calories even with the 3 Big lifts ?
Yep, in this case you would up the volume a little, but it is easier to keep the calories std throughout! Shoot for 500 cal above maintenance for starters and see how you do!
