Yesterdays routine was a pretty good one, here are the numbers for ya:
Squats - 2x15 (155 pds)
Deadlift - 2x15 (165 pds)
DB Press - 2x15 (65 pd DBs)
Dips - 1x15 (BW)
Pull-ups - 2x15 (my last set I had to drop down and give myself a few seconds between the last few remaining reps)
standing military press - 2x15 (110 pds)
bent over row - 2x15 (110 pds)
BB Shrug - 2x15 (175 pds)
There were two exercises I wasn't doing the greatest at and those were the pullup's and the standing military press. Next week I will implement decline sit-up's with some weight to start getting the ab's more involved. I've also done light cardio on my days off but I think I'm going to change it up next week because my quads are feeling rough lol.
