Except in his examples, the people did put on fat. If you go from 180 @ 10% to 200 @ 10%, you look the same, but you've still gained fat...

Also, trying to bring up more than one system at a time isn't necessarily a good idea. Sure, you can improve both strength and endurance at the same time, but your progress will be much slower than if you focused on just strength or just endurance while maintaining the other system.

So yeah, this article could be good for those of you who just want to look athletic, if that is your goal. If your goal is increasing strength dramatically, however, I'd forget about g-flux.
