Glycogen depletion

I would need to guesstimate my glycogen usage (grams of carbs) during an HST w/o.
Assuming I do X sets Y reps each supersetting and resting aroun 2 mins btween ssets with total w/o time of 1 hour.
Also knowing my weight in kg and approx. BF%.

Is there a way I can guesstimate it?
 
Glycogen usage? I'm not sure how one would go about calculating this, but I'm almost positive it would depend on a lot more factors than you think - how much glycogen you already have in you, what you took preworkout and all the meals leading up to your workout. Not only that, muscle glycogen is probably an important factor - having said that, I have no clue how you would go about doing it :confused:
