ya ive read a bit about it, but im not clear on a few things....if you guys could answer my questions that would be great .
so, i pick a bunch of excercises...any i want...then find my max on each for 15 reps, 10 reps, then 5...like on a M/W/F split...
then take like 10 days off, then do each workout 1x15 for 2 weeks, and the last workout do my maxes...and so on with 2x10, and 3x5.....
is this correct? please explain in more depth if i am wrong, ill keep lookin for info on it tho.
