My pet peeve is seeing young kids start on gear and then blow up like balloons in a year or so even though their training is a little less than optimal for hypertrophy, shall we say. One 17 year old lad where I used to train went from 140lb to 240lb in just two years! Makes me look like a weed. In that time his squats went up to over 500lb for reps too.
Also, gyms where they don't wipe stuff down ever! Fresh sweat is one thing but rancid old sweat is euch!
