I need some help from you guys... I just finished up my first 2 week 15 rep cycle. I joined another guy who was ready to start and didn't have time to calculate my 10 rep max's.
I remember seeing somewhere that there is a formula for doing this, something like "take your 15 rep max weights and multiply them x.x"
Can someone help me out with this... or is it better just to take the time and actually figure this out in the gym.
