Help sorting out diet

Hi all, I just started HST a couple of weeks ago, and am now ready to sort out my diet! I am female, 5 feet 8 inches, 130 pounds, and aiming to gain lots of muscle.

According to Fitday.com, I need 2,080 calories per day to gain weight. According to the gaining muscle article here, I need 104 to 130 grams protein, which works out at 20-25%.

My question is, what percentage of carbs and fats do I need?

If you're trying to bulk, 50% carbs would be nice. The rest (25%) should come from good fats (EFAs, adequate monounsaturated, some polyunsaturated, some saturated)

I agree with micmic, start with

P: 130 gm
C: 260 gm
F: 60 gm

My wife cuts back to 30/40/40 if she starts to add fat to quickly and
her pants get too tight BUT I NEVER SAID THAT.
