I posted this question on another msg board that I frequent alot, and was directed here for better results.
Alright, so I've been taking protein for about 6 weeks now and the results are just starting to show, which is great. I've been using ISO-PRO low carb protein powder, each scoup contains about 30g or protein and I've been taking 90g a day.
Now I've been watching what I eat very carefully and making sure I have my protein intake spread out over the day. I'm wondering is it normal to piss like neon yellow while I'm on this cycle? It's not painful when I piss or anything, but it looks like my piss is radioactive.
Also I've been taking GNC Pro Performance Mega Multi vitamins which are high in antioxidants. It reccomends I take 6 a day, but I take 4-5. I don't get the neon yellow piss anymore, but my urine is still a little bit colored, I just wanted to know if anything was/is wrong.
I'm really happy with the results tho, I've lost some noticable body fat and my max press has jumped 30 lbs. Also I'm up to 85lbs ( 5 reps, 4 sets ) on the dumbbells, compaired to my previous 60lbs. My goal is to hit 110-120 lbs. I'm 6'2", before I was on protien I weighed 190lbs, now I'm down to 179lbs and have a larger build, I couldn't be happier with the results I have at this stage in my cycle.
