I'm currently "ON" cycle. I've put together some ingredients comprised of bulk powders to help me Post Cycle. I want your thoughts on my combo blend.

Bulk Powders & Blend:
Creatine
L-Glutamine
L-Arginine
L-Carnitine
K-R-ALA
BCAAs
Dextrose

Reasons for ingredients:
L-Glutamine: Well, I personally think it is good for nothing, but would like to test its theory towards recovery.
Creatine: As Volumizer, so to speak, & to help with strength maintanence post cycle.
L-Arginine: Helps with libido and blood flow/circulation.
K-R-ALA: Is R-ALA with a potassium molecule attached to it which helps increase its stability - other than that its the same compound. This will help decrease my post cycle fat gains, as well as, support my liver function and insulin during High Carb meals.
L-Carnitine: I've always liked Carnitine. Its great before cardio or any high intesity workouts. I helps in the fat reduction as well.
BCAA: I might leave these out. I havent tried these before. They will definitly help with my workouts if I keep them in.
Dextrose: Dextrose is thrown in to be used as a transport for these compounds. I'll most likely only be taking this mix first thing in the morning & post workout. The dex will come in handy during both these times.

I'll be taking a whole host of other supp.s post cycle as well, including PCT supps (Nolva & Clomid). What do you guys think about the blend itself?

Leave the glutamine out, there's nothing to test. Any post cycle mix should be geared towards recovering a natural hormonal balance and maintaining muscle while doing so. Key to this is the SERMs, which you said you will take, and an above maintainance diet. All post cycle supplement cocktails should include compounds that are good at raising testosterone and reducing catabolism.

As such, once more, ditch the Glutamine. No point to it really, all it will be doing is taking up room for effective dosages of other compounds.

Creatine, keep. Plenty of evidence to show it works to help build and maintain muscle.

Arginine, ditch. If you want help with your libido get viagra or cialis. They work better.

K-R-ALA, keep. 250mg a day will translate to about 100mg of active R-ALA in your system. Post cycle antioxidants are a good idea to help you liver recover from an oral cycle. Still useful but not as necessary after an injectable/transdermal cycle.

Carnitine, either way. Not bad, not the greatest, couldn't hurt.

BCAAs I'd keep in the mix, lots of people use them post cycle and claim they help tremendously.

You also might want to consider something specifically to help normalize your lipid profile, which steroids have a tendency to mess up, pretty badly sometimes.

HDD: I've tried most of the products mentioned already. The only one I havent tried was the BACCs ... Which I have been hearing a lot of good things about.

Xahrx: Thanks bro ... you always give me some #### to think about. I was going to use CEE instead of mono hyd. Also, I will be taking my SERMs & trib (which I find helps) post cycle.

This belnd is not so much to boost T. levels, but to help me maintain during PCT and a little while after while T. Levels come up. I find this is the hardest time post cycle, not only with muscle gains but fat as well. That's one reason why I'm using K-R-ALA ... It's great during High crabs meals, which I will be eating a lot of.

I was also thinking of using AB-SOlve or Lipoderm-Ultra (which I have used before with good results) I have some problems areas that tend to give me trouble post cycle. I wont to eliminate any chance of extra fat gain if possible. Diet is great, do no worry on that end.

Can you give me an example of something that is specifically for Lipid profiles? I just had blood work done before cycle and they where fine. I'll have blood work done post cycle as well. I'll keep my figures crossed.

Red Rice Yeast. Pretty good stuff. It needs to be cycled too though because it's a little hard on the liver. Nothing you need to worry about, but nothing you want to use continuously either.

If this is to maintain muscle I'd say the BCAAs are a must, as that's what most people report is their greatest strength. Keep monohydrate over the CEE. There's no evidence for the effectiveness or safety of CEE, and it tastes like diesel fuel. If you want to try it anyway, I'd say go to nutraplanet.com soon. They have a really good deal going on bulk CEE.

Red Rice Yeast huh? I'll do a googles on that in a sec. Thanks for the tip. Do you know how it works - in the body, ect?

& BCAA a must ... I've been hearing a lot of good things about them for a long time actually, but never tried them. I guess there is a first time for everythng. I was wondering though, if your diet was right and you where taking in enough protien wouldnt you get enough BCAA already?
