Here it is.
It should be self explanatory.
Different sheets are different cycles.
You can make all the changes you want to it, Excersices etc.
Includes tracking for body weight.

Btw, starting with 275 body weight...is that wishful thinking? ;-)
 
Yea, that's wishful thinking.
Although after reading the "how big are you" forum I amazed at how big most of the people here are. This site is visited by a bunch of monsters.
You can alter this file all you want to fit your version of HST.
 
Well I might as well add my variation, if useful:

One tip, I work from the 1 rm down (numbers in last column not highlighted).

I also have cut out zigzagging at least in the last two or three workouts, as for the weights, just change them according to your preference.
