How do you get your extra 2 meals a day?

I am the same as Tot...somedays I might not eat for 6 hours or more, and then I gorge myself. I couldn't do it when I was young, but years of practice has hypertrophied my stomach to the point of being able to put alot of calories down in one sitting!

Fatter foods, calorie dense, protein rich...and eat when you can.
Pbudder, jerkey, nuts and stuff...then it doesn't matter if you miss a meal. And Cottage Cheeez before bed with something to flavor it...to stave off supposable catabolism.
I just like cottage cheese. With stuff in it.

For me, getting through a lot of milk in a day is the easiest way to get plenty of extra calories. I have no lactose intolerance so it's not hard to add an extra 1700 kcals (Cals) a day just from milk if need be. 4 pints of semi-skim is about 1100 kcals. in the UK.

I also tend to eat a couple handfuls of mixed nuts, seeds and sultanas along with a glass of milk at least once a day. Quick, simple, tasty and stuffed full of calories.

I do plan my day with the six meals. I have made a table or actually a word document with what I can eat, what I should eat (and when).

The whole week is planned and shopped in one go.

Most of the time the extra meals come with Tupperware. Cottage cheese and yoghurt, apple, sandwich...

I've been cutting for the past several months. When I need a meal, I just take a 1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese and a bit of fruit. Or a chicken breast, or a 1/3 pound of sirloin, or a can of tuna. Life is simple on less than 1400 calories per day...

By far the easiest way to add a meal, especially if you want the extra calories, is to fix yourself a protein powder milkshake.

Is there a special reason?

I mean, I'm sure you are aware of the overwhelming number of studies that show there to be no benefit to frequent feeding versus infrequent feeding, given the same amount of calories overall.
But I also understand that some people are able to restrict calories more successfully if they eat more frequent meals.

When bulking, the only reason to eat frequently is because you need to get in a ton of calories. You don't really need a "constant stream of aminos" as the bros say, since you're stomach will rarely be empty anyway. It takes food a long time to digest and even proteins that digest 'fast" will be slowed by other stuff in your stomach.

I am currently bulking too. But I don't eat every 3 hours. More than once I have ingested over 2000 calories in a very short period of time. No problem.

I think if I were to try to eat a sultana, my wife would beat the crap out of me...

I don't eat tupperware ...

I track on fitday. Eat when I want, but try to save some calories for milk before bed.
