I'm doing the standard 15s, 10s, 5s, post 5s. I been on SD for about a month and a half cause I guess I just got lazy and now I'm in the week where I'm finding my maxes.
The exercises I'm doing are:
Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Dips
Dumbell Flyes
Chinups
Rows
Bent Over Dumbell Rows
Shoulder Press
Shrugs
Barbell Curl
Seated Tricep Extensions
Calf Raises
I know there are a few iso's in there. Is this too much exercises? Should I remove any? If so, which ones? What else to add?
Also, should there be a particular order in which to do the exercises? Cause I did Squat, and on my 2nd set because I didn't find my max on the first, my legs were absolutely gone. Mind you, this was my first time ever doing these exercises like Squats and Deadlifts. I mean, I felt sick and didn't feel like I could go on because my legs hurted so bad, and it was only a 50kg(110lbs) Squat!
I also felt dizzy after doing Deadlift as well.
I was thinking this routine had a little too much exercises but I'm not sure, I think I'm just making excuses to do less.
So any help would be appreciated and thank you for your time.
