How do you count how much protein you have taken on one day?
Does protein from rice, pasta, ... matter?
I know that grains do contain a significant amount of protein so does everyone count these into their total protein intake?
The reason I ask this because I need to take approximately 100g of carb per meal and my main source is grain, and 25g of protein per meal. However, 100g of grain comprise of about 20g protein already.
Of course all these are just approximate; I don't mind every gram but it is good to know!
