how to deal with missed days

    following the traditional HST routine (M W F) what do you do if you miss monday and saturdays and sundays are not an option

    since there is no splitting, i guess you couldnt work out Tues & Wed because there would be no resting time

    Than you could do Tuesday if you dont do the same exercises. Or you wait for a week, no problem

    Yeah there was a post about this last week, and I actually had to shift my days around, but being as you don't have that flexibility in your schedule then I would say lift early Tuesday, and then lift late Wednesday, but change up your exercises as bodyguard said. If it's too much of a pain either skip it or shift the M W F to a T R routine for just that week.
  4. There is no reason why you couldn't, if your volume is appropriately maintained to reduce fatigue then sure you could.
