How to fuel my ocupation?

I was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what types of foods I should eat before I work. Im 19 years old and,5 feet 6 and 132 pounds. My job is night fill at a supermarket, which involves lifting boxes, and packing shelves at a fats rate from around 9pm to 1am. Usually I have dinner a couple hours before I start work of around 25% Protein, 55% Carbs and 20% Fat, then have a quick snack consisting of a yoghurt and banana for some energy, then have a protein and fat meal of cottage cheese and a couple of eggs before I go to bed. Should I mainly eat carbs before I start work or focus more on protein? My goal is bulking, and I gain at around 2300 cals per day, as im just a student who gets around 1.5 hours of exercise a day when im not working. I bump it up to around 2500 when im night filling. Thanks
 
I'd negotiate the ratio's there:

P - 35% / C - 45% / Fat 20%

And ensure that the Fats are of the EFA type, plus some saturated but rather plant than animal (Avocado/Olive oil, etc etc)
