do you guys actually read about hst or just hear about it and immediately start asking questions in the forum

If you haven't already, click the HST icon at the top, read it, fill out a basic routine and go for it.

All anyone around here can tell you, experiment.

Trust me, been there and got mixed responses.

Save yourself a headache and just do what feels right, take notes and modify as needed.

Good luck

If you want to lose bodyfat, you are going to need to eat less than maintenance calories. HST is a good way to maintain your muscle while you lose bodyfat. Just remember, you need to keep your goals clear and focus on one thing at a time. If you want to lose bodyfat, then do that right now. If you want to gain mass, then forget about losing bodyfat and focus on gaining weight. You won't have much success doing both at the same time.

Like need2eat suggested, you should read the HST article, it should tell you a lot. Then you can come back here and ask if you still have questions.

I would start by evaluating the quality/quantity of my diet. You might find helpful information Here

Then I would read about HST. Totentanz provided a link above.

Then, if you have any question be sure and ask them.

Sorry but kinda lost by this statement, but then again I haven't been here as often. So.............was there something specific that you were asking and if so either point me to the thread or ask again and I'll see if I can tell you something besides "experiment".
