tweaked with POF that took a long time of tweaking. At first my excercise choices were all....really stupid like not doing bench but instead doing DB flyes... (wheres the compound???!!

The gains were decent, but until vicious and dkm had pounded eating and excercise choice into my head, i hadn't experienced gains like i have now. I've gained about.... a good 10-11 lbs and i feel great. I've blown my RMs out by about an extra 10-15 lbs for each compound movement. mmmmm... that's with clustering of course.
But I think any choice you make (big four, combination of compound/stretches, extra burn sets) that follow the HST keys (progressive loading/SD/eating accordingly) you will see results no matter what.
