HST'r takes 5th in National Show

I found out yesterday that one of our very own took 5th in the Natural Southern States Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition (Natural Southern States for short).

I don't know just how many visitors here have or currently compete in bodybuilding, but for those who don't you should understand how demanding it is to get into contest shape. Contest prep is killer for most people and I have the utmost respect for BIZ and his strong placing at the show. Way to go BIZ!
