Human Muscle Mass Composition

If you take 1 lb of muscle, what is it made of?

Protein%=??
Carbohydrate%=??
Fat%=??

Answer will be greatly appreciated.

I thought I read somewhere that it's 65-75% water and somewhere around 20% muscle and I don't know about the rest.

So if that's true, would the 20% muscle part be protien mostly?

muscle is 100% muscle...

its around 70ish percent water, the remainder is protein, some fat, a little sugar and other garbage.

I think you can find a more than adequate supply of top quality garbage at McDonald's. Unfortunately it is only endorsed by some clown...
