I need help seperating compounds

Try this out:

<div></div><div id="QUOTEHEAD">QUOTE</div><div id="QUOTE">[The Fatigue Factor

Lower Body Exercises Rate
Traditional Deadlift 10
Hack Squat 9
Back Squat 9
Front Squat 9
Romanian Deadlift 8
Lunges 8
Leg Curl 5
Standing Calf Raise 3
Seated Calf Raise 2
Anterior Tibialis Raise 1

Upper Body Exercises Rate
Pull-up/Chin-up 10
Push Press 10
Standing Military Press 9
Dips 8
Bentover Row 8
Pulldown 6
Bench Press 5
Seated Row 5
Standing Biceps Curl 3
Lying Triceps Extension 2
</div>

Take these and put them on a table siude by side, I found these in Chad's article Build your own HFT program, and it makes sense to mix the high fatigue wit the low fatigue exercises, producing a combination to within a ceratin degree of fatigue (eg: do not mix two exercises that rate 10 each, rather mix one that rates 10 with a 3 or a 4).

Hope this helps!

i do either do deads and rows or deads and chins excellent combo imo.i wouldnt worry about pairing up as long as i do not go to failure i can manage anything.after all its not ment to be easy.

I think it depends on how heavy you are deadlifting. At least for me, I just don't feel like doing rows or anything else off the floor after heavy deadlifts. Doing chins after deads seems to loosen the back up.
